You will be asked to submit 3-5 photos or a short video of the completed work, and a short description of what the work is and what it represents.  Art will be judged based on artistic merit, creative use of waste items, and adherence to the theme of waste reuse. Paint and tools such as scissors may be used, but the focus should be on the waste.
